These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 4r444 platform and all of its services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and 4r444.

By accessing the 4r444 platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in full.

To create and use an account on the 4r444 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+).
• You are operating the account in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are using this service voluntarily and online gaming is legally permitted in your area.
• You are not a person who has previously been banned from 4r444.
• Each person may hold only one account.

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure.

3.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

It is strictly prohibited for the same person to hold more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and the associated balances forfeited.

4r444 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Once a deposit is successful, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If you experience any issue during a deposit, notify the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Validity

Every transaction must be conducted from the user's own mobile banking account. Transactions through third parties are prohibited and may result in account closure. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

4r444 is committed to preventing any suspicious financial activity. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected, the account may be reviewed and the associated funds placed on hold.

All bonuses and promotional offers from 4r444 are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Or: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If bonus abuse or bonus-hunting activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and related winnings forfeited.
• Multiple members of the same household or multiple bonus claims from the same device are not permitted.
• 4r444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

All gaming and betting activity on 4r444 is conducted in accordance with fair play principles. The following rules apply to all users:

6.1 Gaming Integrity

• Cheating, using bots, or using any other automated software in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to artificially influence game outcomes will result in permanent account closure.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information in sports betting is prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• 4r444 reserves the right to withhold or void payment on any suspicious bet or unusual betting pattern.
• Bets placed on the basis of odds or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
• In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with 4r444's rules.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a game or bet being disrupted due to a network outage, server error, or any other technical problem, 4r444 will take appropriate steps. However, 4r444 will not be directly liable for compensation in such circumstances.

All users on the 4r444 platform must maintain respectful behaviour. Prohibited activities:

• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users or 4r444 staff.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach its security.
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Coordinating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus or promotion benefits.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.

Any of the above violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

In any circumstance, 4r444's total liability shall not exceed the amount the user deposited on the platform during the three months related to the matter.

4r444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Prolonged inactivity.

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time. Please ensure all valid funds are withdrawn before closure. Any unused bonuses will be cancelled after closure.

11.2 Funds in Cancelled Accounts

Bonus funds in accounts cancelled due to a breach of Terms and Conditions will be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited principal amounts may be returned subject to review.

4r444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users as far in advance as possible.
